More than Just Music

While the festival champions electronic tunes, it also stands tall in its environmental commitment:

  • Eco-Friendly Initiatives: Partnering with Amistat Island Hostels, the festival ensures a dedicated team of volunteers keeps S’Arenal beach pristine. The collaboration with Soul Water, an eco-friendly water brand, aims to quench thirsts responsibly.
  • Beach Cleaning Champions: A dedicated group will champion the cleanliness of Ibiza’s beaches, fostering public awareness about marine conservation.
  • Ditching Single-Use Plastic: The festival takes a stand against single-use plastic, promoting biodegradable alternatives and reducing plastic waste’s impact.
  • Dancing with a Cause: Attendees can dance, collect plastic, and show music and eco-commitment harmoniously coexist.
  • Promoting Awareness: From August 8th, Ibiza Global Radio plans interviews with DJs from Bye Bye Plastic, focusing on the music industry’s sustainability.

Achieving Sustainability Goals

Ibiza Global Festival 2023 remains committed to measuring and mitigating its environmental footprint. The event will assess energy, water, and CO2 and balance its impact by planting trees in fire-affected Ibiza areas.

On its sustainability path, the festival teams with Bye Bye Plastic to eliminate single-use plastics in music. Together, they’re striving to establish a benchmark for eco-consciousness in the industry.
