Heritage and Safety Concerns Raised

Councillor Sara Ramon emphasised the importance of respecting heritage sites. She stated, “Visitors should heed warning signs and not force locked gates. This avoids endangering themselves and protects valuable heritage sites like the Es Culleram cave.”

The Consell de Ibiza considers the forced entry a potential offence against heritage. They plan to notify the competent authorities to determine if legal action is necessary.

Appeal for Public Responsibility

Sara Ramon called for public responsibility in preserving shared heritage. She reiterated that heritage sites are “the goods of all” and that everyone should respect them.

This Es Culleram cave incident highlights the need for public awareness about the importance of protecting heritage sites. Authorities urge citizens to respect closures and warning signs to prevent such occurrences.
