Ants Begin Search For Next Generation Talent With Epic Dj Competition

ANTS, one of Ibiza’s renowned underground parties, celebrates a decade at the top this summer with ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG. To mark this epic milestone, ANTS has partnered with Beatport to search for the next generation of DJ talent. The ANTS: NEXT GEN competition offers aspiring DJ talent an unmatched opportunity to perform on Ushuaïa Ibiza’s poolside stage this summer and receive expert career mentorship, a production masterclass with an ANTS resident DJ, and various DJ essentials. The winner will also play a DJ set at ANTS ON TOUR and guest mix on ANTS Radio, along with a digital audit from ANTS in-house marketing team and bumper merchandise package.

Competition Details

Aspiring DJs need to upload their freshest 30-minute mix on Soundcloud, in line with ANTS’ trademark sound, and follow the entry guidelines available on Unitedants.com. The judging panel, comprising leading DJs and influential industry experts, will evaluate the mixes based on three criteria: the total number of listens, the number of likes, and expert evaluations. The top 10 entries will be announced on 17 May, with the ultimate winner declared on 31 May.

The competition’s judging panel includes ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG residents Andrea Oliva, Chelina Manuhutu, SYREETA, Francisco Allendes, and Nic Fanciulli, along with Yann Pissenem (CEO and Founder of The Night League, Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, and ANTS), Leslee Clarke (Booking Manager, The Night League, Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza), and Itziar Gonzalez (Project Manager and ANTS Bookings Manager).
