McGregor’s spokesperson responds to assault allegations
Karen Kessler, spokesperson for Conor McGregor, has released a statement in response to claims made by a woman accusing the mixed martial arts fighter of assaulting her in Ibiza last summer. McGregor denies all accusations made by the guest on his boat.
Irish police refuse to comment on the case
The woman reported to Irish police that she fled McGregor’s yacht because she feared for her life. The Irish police have refused to comment on the case.
Details of the alleged assault
According to the woman’s statement, McGregor became aggressive towards her when she attempted to get a mutual friend who was on the yacht to help her. She maintains that all of his behavior changed at that moment.
Court reopens investigation
The woman’s statement led a court in Ibiza to reopen the investigation, after the case was provisionally filed due to the woman not making a declaration on the day of the incident to the Guardia Civil.
