New Ibiza Nightlife Association with Pepe Roselló as President
Association formed to defend the interests of the sector
On March 30th, the Cantina Canalla of Hotel Portmany in Sant Antoni will host an informative press conference to announce the formation of the new business association for Ibiza nightlife, “Noches de Ibiza,” which aims to defend the interests of the sector. During the event, details about the association’s objectives, members, and short- and medium-term action plan will be presented following an extraordinary assembly that will officially constitute the collective.
Defending the Interests of the Sector
The new association was created to represent the interests of the nightlife sector in Ibiza, including bars, clubs, and restaurants that operate after-hours. The industry has been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, with venues forced to close or limit their capacity due to health and safety regulations. The association aims to work with local authorities to advocate for the sector and ensure its survival in the face of ongoing challenges.
Objectives and Action Plan
At the press conference, the association will reveal its objectives, which include promoting the economic and social value of Ibiza’s nightlife, providing support to its members, and fostering collaboration and cooperation within the sector. The association’s action plan includes organizing events, participating in regulatory discussions, and conducting research and data analysis to better understand the needs and challenges of the industry.
Pepe Roselló as President
Pepe Roselló, a well-known figure in Ibiza’s nightlife scene, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position of president. He was instrumental in the success of Space, a legendary club that closed its doors in 2017. Roselló’s leadership and vision will be key in steering the new association and ensuring that the sector’s interests are represented and protected.
