With the islands bars and restaurants having been closed in Ibiza for what feels like an eternity, the residents of Ibiza were thrilled when Tapas announced its Spring opening. Albeit with limited hours to start with. 12pm – 5pm, Thursday – Sunday, in line with the current restrictions. But that doesn’t matter, they are open, and we can finally enjoy some fantastic food, warm friendly service and some delicious cocktails.

Not only do they have a classy fresh new image for 2021, they have a few new treats on the menu for us to enjoy too. They have opened with a smaller “Spring Menu”, which is a selection of their most popular Tapas dishes, and those aforementioned new dishes. We have seen it, you won’t be disappointed.

On Sunday’s they have Relish Head Chef, Glyn, preparing his famous Sunday Roasts. The Roasts are available alongside their Spring Tapas Menu.

For those that have never discovered the delights of Tapas Ibiza before, you are missing out. You need to add it to your Ibiza Bucket list. This humble hidden gem prides itself on serving great food, with top notch service in a charming setting. For those of you that have been before, You Know what we are talking about!

Our tip is to make sure you book your table at Tapas in advance. They were fully book for their opening weekend within a couple of days announcing the opening.
